Process:

During the initial meeting, we will discuss the proposed budget and planned scope of work.  Bringing the two together requires applying unique synergy of art and science.  The design/build process affords us the opportunity to monitor the design phase for consistency with budgetary guidelines.  This minimizes the possibility of "over-designing" and thus over extending the budget.

Research:

Numerous issues must be considered: scope of project, material selections, specific labor requirements, as well as historic, zoning & site constraints.

Goals:

We utilize a team approach to enroll all in the process working towards the common goal - a beautifully renewed home, a reasonably affordable cost, and a realistic time frame... through a satisfying process.
