When homeowners or their architect/designer contact us as a general contractor to do
construction using already prepared plans and drawings, we go through a phase known
in the industry as "pre-construction services."

During this phase we review your plans, visit the actual job site to see what the site
conditions are, ask you questions and answer yours.

We determine the scope of work involved breaking the areas of work down by trade
(i.e. electrical, mechanical, carpentry, finishing, etc.) and review code specifications
and determine permit requirements.

Working closely with you and your architect we develop a construction team that will
insure a successful project.

This whole process involves a substantial amount of time and there is a nominal fee
charged for the services.
